It’s a good thing that you can’t make yourself buy the fantasy self things. It’s a good idea to separate which of the items you want that are just aspirational – fantasy self items – and which items where you are just having a hard time with the price. I think you put the finger on the problem yourself when you pointed out in one of the replies that this idea of higher quality is aspirational.
